A 1.5-hour workshop where we will learn all the principles of tempering, the stages of chocolate production, and the different types of chocolate, including a demonstration of the cacao fruit. Afterward, we will make products such as:
Truffles
Chocolate shards with prints bars
And more.
The products will be packaged in personal boxes to take home, and we will finish by raising a toast with good music and a pleasant atmosphere.
