Terms of Use for the "Rigosh" Website
This document is intended to regulate the relationship between the operators of the "Rigosh" website (hereinafter: the "Site" or "Operator") and the users of the website (hereinafter: the "User"). Browsing the website, viewing information, ordering tours, activities or attractions through the website or any other use - constitutes full consent by the user to all the terms detailed in this document. If you do not agree to the terms of use, you must stop using the website. The operator may change these terms from time to time, and continued use of the website will be considered as consent to the updated terms.
- Introduction and Definitions
The Website and Operator – the website regush.co.il (or regush.co.il), managed by Regush Ltd. (or another entity at the discretion of the Operator), a company registered in Israel.
User – any person who browses the Website, places an order or contacts the Website through it.
Service Providers / Suppliers – various companies, website owners and businesses that offer activities, attractions, tours, accommodation, workshops, sailing, car rentals, training or any other tourist service through the Website. The Service Providers are independent third parties, and the Operator is not responsible for their activities.
Order – ordering a tourist service or activity through the Website.
Business Day – any day that is not a Friday, Saturday or an official holiday in Israel.
- Description of Services and Restrictions
The Website serves as a platform for displaying information and ordering tourist activities and attractions provided by third parties. The information appearing on the Website is intended for general information purposes only. and does not constitute professional advice or an obligation on the part of the operator.
The operator does not provide the services themselves and is not responsible for the content, quality, safety or suitability of the services offered by the service providers. All responsibility for the service lies solely with the service provider, and the user declares that he understands that the contract is with the service provider only.
The operator works to update and update the information on the site, but there may be errors or inaccuracies. In the event of a conflict between information on the site and information provided by the service provider - the information provided by the service provider will prevail.
The operator reserves the right to update the site structure, content, prices, availability, links, and even to discontinue the site's operation, in whole or in part - at any time and at its sole discretion, and without prior notice. The user will not have any claim or demand as a result.
- Registration and Orders
In order to place an order, the user will be required to enter personal details such as full name, telephone number, email address and payment details. The user declares that the details provided are correct, complete and up-to-date.
The operator may refuse to approve an order at its sole discretion, including in cases of refusal by a credit card company or any other circumstance that prevents the completion of the order.
Some services require full payment in advance, and others require only an advance payment. The site may charge a processing fee or advance payment on behalf of the service provider.

- Service/product delivery
The service order is made on the website, and after the order is confirmed, the customer is sent a confirmation by email or text message/WhatsApp that includes the order details. This confirmation constitutes the "product voucher".
The confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of the order being placed (usually immediately). The responsibility for the actual provision of the service lies with the service provider in accordance with the date specified in the order.
- Age limit for purchasing on the website
Purchasing on the website is permitted only to those aged 18 and over. Minors under this age are permitted to browse the website and receive information, but are not permitted to make purchases or orders without the consent of a parent/guardian.
- Cancellation policy – Regush
Cancellation up to 7 days before the tour date – full refund.
Cancellation between 3 days and 24 hours before the tour – 50% charge of the price Booking.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show – full charge (100%), no refund.
Date change possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Cancellation by the company due to terrain/weather conditions – full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
The user declares that he has read, understood and approved the cancellation conditions when making the booking.
- Limited liability of the operator
The operator is not responsible for any damage – direct, indirect, consequential, financial, physical or other – that may be caused to the user or any third party as a result of using the site, relying on information on the site, placing an order through the site, or participating in an activity provided by one of the suppliers.
The user confirms that it is clear to him that the operator is not a party to the agreement between the user and the service provider, and any claim, demand or claim regarding the activity, service, quality, safety or any damage – will be addressed directly to the service provider only.
- Proper use of the site
The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, in good faith, and subject to the terms and conditions detailed in this document.
- Privacy and Information Security

- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms of use shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law.
Any dispute, Any claim or dispute related to the site or the services provided therein will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in the Jerusalem district.
