The essence of an accessible website
An accessible website is a website that allows a person with a disability to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other users, using the capabilities of the system on which it operates and through technologies that assist with accessibility.
Making accessibility adjustments to the website
The accessibility adjustments to the website were made in accordance with Mark C: Internet Services in the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to the Service) 2013, to the Israeli standard T.I. 5568 based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines. The website was made accessible to level AA and subject to changes and adjustments made to the Israeli standard document.
The site supports the use of assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys to move between links, the arrow keys, the Enter key to select, the Esc key to exit menus and windows, and pressing H or a number to move between headings.
The site is tested every 6 months to ensure the maintenance of the site's accessibility.
Optimal usability for accessibility on the website - This website can be browsed in an optimal and accessible manner using common browsers and it is recommended to use the following browsers: Chrom and screen readers [NVDA / Jaws / Voiceover].
