Driving your own modern RZR, you’ll traverse ancient trails, lush vineyards, 2,000-year-old mikva’ot, and breathtaking viewpoints.

The routes, ranging from one hour to an hour and a half or two hours, include stops with fascinating explanations about the history and nature of the region.

  • The Vineyard Route – combining agricultural heritage, ancient vines, and local wine.
  • The Combined Route – a longer trail that also includes a stop to rest and swim at Ein Maslula, a refreshing, restored local spring.

On every route you’ll find the perfect balance between terrain and inspiration, adrenaline and tranquility, driving and a personal connection to the land.

A longer and more comprehensive RZR tour designed for groups seeking a complete off-road experience through the landscapes of Gush Etzion.

The route departs from Alon Shvut and passes through Ein Yonatan and the Path of Life Promenade. From there, the tour continues to the ancient ritual bath along the Path of the Patriarchs, travels through the vineyards of Gush Etzion, and visits several of the area’s most beautiful springs: Ein Masla, Ein Yitzhak, and Ein Dovek.

Along the way, participants enjoy extended off-road driving, open landscapes, local agriculture, and heritage stories that connect the ancient history of Gush Etzion with life in the region today.

This is our most comprehensive route, combining off-road adventure, nature, springs, vineyards, and historic sites in one unforgettable experience.

The Spring, the Vineyards, and the Path of Life

Our most popular route offers the perfect combination of off-road driving, nature, water, vineyards, and heritage sites in the heart of Gush Etzion.

The tour departs from Alon Shvut and continues to Ein Yonatan at Givat HaHish. Here, participants can stop to cool off and enjoy the spring, depending on the season, water conditions, and trail conditions.

From there, the tour continues along the Path of Life Promenade, created in memory of residents of Elazar and Alon Shvut who fell during the Swords of Iron War. The route then reaches the ancient ritual bath along the Path of the Patriarchs, where participants hear the story of the area, before continuing through the scenic vineyards of the Gush Etzion Winery and returning to Alon Shvut.

This varied and enjoyable route combines adrenaline, beautiful landscapes, water, and fascinating stories from both the past and the present.

A focused and exciting off-road experience, perfect for discovering the landscapes and stories of Gush Etzion in a relatively short amount of time.

The tour departs from Alon Shvut and continues through the community toward Ein Yonatan at Givat HaHish. From there, the route follows the Path of Life Promenade, a memorial trail created at the initiative of local youth in memory of residents of Elazar and Alon Shvut who fell during the Swords of Iron War.

The tour then stops near the ancient ritual bath located along the Path of the Patriarchs, where participants hear the fascinating story of the area before returning to Alon Shvut along an enjoyable off-road trail.

This route is ideal for anyone looking to combine off-road driving, beautiful scenery, and important heritage sites without missing the main highlights along the way.

Spring Trip

The route begins in Gush Etzion, the agreed-upon meeting point. The first stop is Ein Masla, a natural and clean spring where you can enjoy a refreshing dip. The spring is surrounded by stunning scenery and offers a pleasant spot for a short rest. Next, we proceed to Ein Duvik, a beautiful spring surrounded by lush greenery.

The cool waters of the pool are inviting for a swim. There is a shaded seating area for a picnic, and a brief explanation of the site's history is provided. The following stop is Ein Shalu, a natural and tranquil pool offering clear and clean water for swimming and relaxation. The spring is surrounded by unique desert scenery and provides a wonderful experience for rest and sightseeing.

The final stop on the route is Ein Sagma, one of the popular springs in Gush Etzion. The spring features a large and spacious pool with cool and pleasant water. Here, you can spend more time relaxing and enjoying the water and the breathtaking view of the area. This route offers an unforgettable experience in the wild and beautiful landscape of Gush Etzion, combining a scenic off-road journey with bathing in natural springs.

The guidance throughout the route includes fascinating stories about the area, its history, and its unique nature.

Notes: The route is suitable for families, groups, and individuals. It is recommended to bring water, hats, and appropriate swimwear. The duration of the route is approximately 4 hours. There is an option to adjust the route according to special needs or group requirements.

Burma Road - About two hours

**The Tour Begins at the Latrun Center**, where visitors can explore the Armored Corps Museum and view historic military vehicles from various wars. After about a kilometer of driving, we’ll reach a steep ascent that leads us to the famous Burma Road.

This section is relatively challenging and requires precise and careful driving. As we continue along Burma Road, we’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the Judean Hills and KKL forests. Along the way, you’ll spot remnants of the original dirt roads and historic settlements from the pre-state period.

The tour concludes at Mitzpe Harel, named after the Harel Brigade of the Palmach, which fought fierce battles in the area. At the lookout point, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the entire region and take a short break to refresh.

Route in the Judean Desert 3-4 hours

Tour Route from Gush Etzion to the Judean Desert Embark on an exciting journey from Gush Etzion toward the Judean Desert.
